Salman Butt, MD
Dr. Salman Butt serves as the Director & physician at Lonstar Nephrology. A graduate of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Dr. Butt trained as a Nephrology specialist at UT Southwestern. He has been practicing in the North Texas area for over 15 years. He is double board certified and is a member of the American Society of Nephrology.
In his spare time, he likes to travel with his wife and three boys. Dr. Butt also enjoys singing and composing music.
Adeel Ijaz, MD
Dr. Adeel Ijaz did his residency and chief year at Wayne State University-Sinai Grace Hospital. Following this, he spent some time as a researcher at the University of Miami and has over 23 years of experience in the medical field. He completed his training as a nephrology specialist at UT Southwestern before joining our practice.
Dr. Ijaz is double board certified, an avid researcher, and has been rated by his patients for explaining the disease conditions very well.
In his spare time, Dr. Ijaz likes to run, cycle, hike, and participate in triathlons.
Adil Ahmed, MD
Dr. Adil Ahmed joined the practice in 2021 after completing his training at UT Southwestern as a nephrologist. Before this, he trained and practiced internal medicine at the University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign, and is double-board certified.
Outside of work, Dr. Ahmed enjoys playing basketball and recreational racing. He also enjoys spending time with his one-year-old son.
Nimra Siddiqui
Nimra Siddiqui leads our outstanding staff responsible for auxiliary affairs of the practices across four locations. She is an experienced and well-organized mother of three juggling office management and the growth of our organization.
Outside of work, Nimra enjoys baking, traveling, and running.
